Use this form to send information about the management or maintenance of a building or common property to the Commissioner’s office. Select an existing MC, or choose “Building has no MC / establishment help” to refer an unregistered building, including a developer insolvency case.

You do not need an account. Your receipt contains a reference and private access code. Save the code; it is not sent by email.
